Unitrade, Ltd is a company determined to become the leader in sales of automobile and truck tyres, auto parts, auto equipment, service equipment, auto cosmetics, scooters, as well as vehicle maintenance, service provision quality, meeting deadlines, affordable prices and total business results.

Quality Policy

Quality policy of Unitrade, Ltd is a part of the business policy and quality management oriented towards the process, in which prevention has a central place in doing business. The success of our company depends directly on the satisfaction and trust of the customers towards the quality of our processes, services, deadlines and affordable prices. The requested and required quality by the customers is the minimum quality we provide and which is found in each workplace and the responsibility is with each employee.

The quality responsibility of each employee is within the framework of obligations and requirements of the workplace. Quality is ensured by respecting instructions for quality performance in all working activities and the constant improvement.

"Customer first" is the entire service policy, which is explained by the following sayings:

  • Our customer's wishes are our business
  • Customers are concerned with their problems, not ours
  • We can say something to the customer only if we listen

Customer satisfaction is the best price we can achieve, and employee satisfaction is the biggest profit of the company.

Within the company services of automobile tyre sales, retreaded truck tyres, replacement auto parts and equipment sales, financial services, there is communication for the purpose of achieving the highest company goal.

Our quality assurance system is based on the requests of the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2000. The quality assurance system will be managed and ensured with the help of the international institution for issuing certificates.

With our constant training, education and performing of tasks in accordance with the current processes, we will succeed in introducing the quality management system into our company.

A special attention is paid to respecting all technical achievements of the trade, by applying current norms, laws and regulations related to the safety of employees and environment protection. For the purpose of constant increase of quality management of our processes, implementation of rulebook regulations and the established policy and quality goals, there will be conditions for quality maintenance and a constant improvement of quality management system.

It is the obligation of all employees and managers to respect and implement the established quality policy.
